PAVE (Promoting Awareness | Victim Empowerment) is Now Survivors.org

After a year of restructuring, we have decided to retire the PAVE (Promoting Awareness | Victim Empowerment) name. For the past few years, we have been balancing two, very similar, brands. This was confusing for our community and created more work for our team. With the majority of our work falling underneath the umbrella of Survivors.org, we have decided to embrace this name instead, for a few reasons.
We believe Survivors.org better represents what we have become: a virtual community of survivors, led by survivors. Our new name places survivors first and foremost, as they should be. As a primarily virtual organization, utilizing the Survivors.org name also emphasizes our commitment to meeting survivors wherever they’re at to build a community of support around them.
What changes in our services can you expect with our rebrand? Not much is going to change for survivors. We now will only be maintaining one website, Survivors.org. Our former website, ShatteringTheSilence.org, is no longer active. However, our mission, groups, resources, and content remain unchanged. If anything, we have a lot in motion to further expand what we offer, and we can’t wait to share these things when the time comes!
