Healing isn’t linear. And it doesn’t look the same for everyone.

In addition to therapy, there are also other, non-traditional methods survivors can utilize during their healing journey. While these can be powerful tools, it’s crucial to remember that holistic and non-traditional healing methods should be used in addition to therapy with a mental health professional, not as a replacement.
