Document Plan

The Survivors.org Safety Planning Document helps victim-survivors of sexual violence and/or their loved ones consider all aspects of safety before, during, or after abuse/violence. Our safety planning document aids survivors by listing out different aspects of safety to consider while currently experiencing and/or when leaving an abusive environment, allowing them to create a document where all of that information exists together for them to use when they need it. It is never the responsibility of a victim-survivor to prevent or stop an act of sexual violence because it is never a victim-survivor’s fault. The checklist items may or may not apply to your situation, but it’s important to keep all aspects of safety in mind.
