Document Plan

This safety plan is designed to be filled out by victim-survivors of sexual violence and/or their loved ones to help support them before or after an act of sexual violence. It is never the responsibility of a victim-survivor to prevent or stop an act of sexual violence because it is never a victim-survivor’s fault. The checklist items may or may not apply to your situation, but it’s important to keep all aspects of safety in mind.
